بين الديمقراطية والاستبداد السياسي
ليس كل ما يلمع ذهبا
تسلمت العا ئلات المقاطعجية في كل من سورية ولبنان بعد الاستقلال نظاما ديمقراطيا برلمانيا , مشتقا من النظام الفرنسي .مع بعض التحويرات في الحالة اللبنانية “ديمقراطية الطوائف ”
لم يصمد طويلا هذا النظام في سورية امام ضغط الانقسام الاجتماعي :مدينة /ريف .بل تداعى بفعل اختراق ابناء الفلاحين للمؤسسة العسكرية السورية و سيطرتهم التدريجية عليها خلال عقد من السنين “1947-1957 “.. كان طرد الشيشكلي ايذانا باغلاق ملف الصراع لصالح المشروع القومي –الاشتراكي بحامله الاجتماعي الرئيسي “الفلاحين الفقراء والمتوسطين “..

ففتحت الطريق لعملية تحطيم التراتب الطبقي الموروث من المرحلة العثمانية . رافقت هذه العملية اعادة نظر بالنظام السياسي البرلماني لأنه كان في خدمة المصالح الطبقية للعائلات المقاطعجية – في انتخابات 1957 حصلت كتلة أكرم الحوراني على -17بالمئة – من مقاعد البرلمان . وا لحوراني “زعيم الحزب العربي الاشتراكي” كان تعبيرا عن تمايز قومي /طبقي داخل المدينة بين العائلات المقاطعجية من جهة والتجار الصغار والمتوسطين من جهة أخرى”… فمعظم العائلات المقاطعجية التي تحولت في عهد الاصلاحات العثمانية الى عائلات اقطاعية كانت في
بلاد الشام والعراق ومصر من أصول غير عربية ” . سرعان ما أدى هذا التمايزالمركّب”قومي/طبقي ” الى جسر العلاقة بين الريف والمدينة . وكانت مدينتي حمص وحماة المفتوحتين على ريف متنوع دينيا ومذهبيا بيضة القبان في انجاز هذا التحول . وكانتا المستودع الذي يرفد هذا التوجه”الاشتراكي ” بمعظم رموزه العسكرية والسياسية ” للتدقيق في هذه المسألة أنصح بالعودة الى ارشيف المذكرات والمقابلات التلفزيونية لضباط وسياسيي تلك المرحلة ”
باختصارغير مخل بالسياق العام : بدى التحويل للبنية السورية: الاقتصادية –الاجتماعية بواسطة النظام البرلماني “سلحفاتيا ” في العين الراديكالية” للقومية –الاشتراكية”..أدلوجة قوى التغيير الطامحة لاعادة النظر بتقسيم الثروة من جهة .ومن جهة أخرى,بدى النظام البرلماني مسرحا للتجاذبات الاقليمية والدولية لاستلحاق سورية “انظر دور حزبي :الشعب والوطني في الصراع الهاشمي –السعودي على سورية ” . هكذا تحول الجيش الى اداة للتغيير السياسي والاجتماعي , بدلا من وظيفته في حماية ا ستنقاع البنية الاقتصادية –الاجتماعية ..
في لبنان – فيما عدا المحاولة الشهابية – استولدت ديمقراطية الطوائف حربا اهلية ملجومة بالعاملين الاقليمي والدولي . وفيما عدا التحطيم الجزئي للتراتب الطبقي الذي رعته سورية خلال ثلاثة عقود من وجودها العسكري والسياسي في لبنان . ظل القران معقودا بين العائلات الروحية وديمقراطية الطوائف مع بعض التعديلات التي ادخلها اتفاق الطائف على التحاصص الطائفي ..
وبينما ثبتت الديمقراطية الطائفية ديمومة الارتهان للخارجين :الاقليمي والدولي . مما وضع مشروع التدامج الوطني على الرف منذ الاستقلال .افلح نسبيا نظام الاستبداد في سورية في منح الوطنية السورية فرصة للتعضي يجري امتحانها منذ سنة ونيف في أقسى مواجهة اختلط فيها الدين بالسياسة والمصالح الدولية بالاقليمية ,والجهل بالتوق الى العدالة والحرية .
وعلى ترتيب أحمق للأولويات تولى يساريون سوريون مهمة رش السكر على الروث الوهابي الذي يشكل الوجبة الرئيسية للاسلام السياسي السوري .أما من أسعفه ذكاؤه من هذا اليسار فقد تولى الدولار الخليجي اسكات عقله وضميره .
هكذا فان المفاضلة بين الديمقراطية والاستبداد لاتختصر الحكاية .فليس كل مايلمع ذهبا . بدءا من عالم الاجتماع غليون وانتهاء بمن أطلق على نفسه مانديلا سورية رياض الترك ..

نجحت قناة الدنيا في لعبة ( توم و جيري ) التي تلعبها مع قناة الجزيرة , و استطاعت في فقرة التضليل الاعلامي الأخيرة ( البارحة ) أن تأخذ عليها دليلاً ,,

فـ من تابع الجزيرة , و تغطيتها لـ ظهيرة الجمعة , و تنقل بين القناة الرئيسية و المباشر , لاحظ الخطأ بين اسم المكان التي ينسب إليه بثّ المظاهرة , و بين اللافتات الدّالة عليها ,, و بـ التحديد مظاهرة تلبيسة التي نسبت لـ حرستا , و مظاهرة حماه – طريق حلب , و التي نسبت لـ اعزاز في حلب مرة , و لـ دير الزور مرةً أخرى ,,

كانت حجّة قناة الدنيا , أنّ الجزيرة تريد صنع زخم إعلامي لـ مظاهرات حلب , رغم ندرتها أو عدمها , حسب قناة الدنيا , أما الجزيرة , فلا نعرف ما حجتها , إم إنه خطأ فنّي , نظراً لـ كثرة اشتراكات البث التي تصلها في هذه الفترة من كلّ جمعة , و هذا بـ التأكيد ليس عذراً , لـ مهنيتها المفترضة أولاً , و لـ امتداد التجربة السورية , لأكثر من عام ثانياً ,,

و طبعاً خطأ الجزيرة , إن كان عن عمد أو لا , يقع في رأس الثورة , من أنها مفتعلة , و حقيقتها أقل مما يصدّر عنها اعلامياً , و إلى ما هنالك من قصص قناة الدنيا , التي حُفظت عن ظهر قلب ,,

يمكن اعتبار كلّ ذلك هامشي , على أنّ صدى قناة الدنيا , أصبح كـ عدمه , لـ اعتمادها الفكر الأمني , إضافة لـ كذبها المتواصل , و الذي لن يشفع له , صدقها في حالة جديدة , هذا إن حصل أصلاً ,,

أما عن الجزيرة , و اذا اقتنعنا أنه خطأ فني , ليس إلا , فـ إنّ المزاجية و الإنتقائية , التي تحكم بثها و سياسته , زادت عليها الشكوك من جمهور الثورة ,,,

و من الملاحظ , عدم اعطائها الحق الكامل , لـ أي نشاط سلمي , تشهده الحالة السورية , من حراك شباب الشام , و حملة أوقفوا القتل , و التي تصدّرت صورها صحف العالم , وصولاً الى الانفجار الثوري الأخير في جامعة حلب ,,, و على ذمّة ثوار جامعة حلب , أنهم كرروا محاولات الطلب منها , بـ البث المباشر لـ مظاهراتهم في يوم الخميس , و لكنّ ذلك لم يحصل ,,

يقول مقربون من الجزيرة , أنّ همها منصب على تجريم النظام , و ذلك بـ تسليطها الضوء , على عنفه و قمعه , و معاناة السوريين ,,, و لكن هذا لا يبرر , أنّ تغيّب حراكاً نوعياً , رجحت كفته أو تكاد , في الفترة الأخيرة ,,

من المسلمّات , أنّ الأنظمة العربية و اعلامها , غير ممنونين , من تصدير ثورات و نشاطات سلمية إلى شعوبهم , , قد تكون يوماً ما درساً لـ تلك الشعوب , و محفزاً لـ تكرارها ,, أما التركيز على حمامات الدم , فـ هو في الظاهر يبدي دعماً اتجاه الشعب السوري المعاني , و ضمناً يكون رادعاً لـ شعوبهم ,, و يراعى في ذلك نهجهم السياسي , و ثبات حكمهم ,,

لا نستطيع انكار دور الجزيرة , في دعم الثورة اعلامياً , هذه حقيقة تتجلّى في نشراتها و برامجها و قناة المباشر , رغم المآخذ الكثيرة على النهج المختار , لكن في المقابل عليها توخّي الحذر في بث موادها , فـ أخطاؤها و أخطاء الجميع , لا تقف عند القناة , أو جهة الخطأ , بل تنتقل و تصبح سلاحاً مضاداً لـ الثورة و الثوار ,, و ثورتنـا بـ غنى عن سلاح جديد , يشرّع في وجهها , و اللي فيهـا مكفيهـا ,,

و الثورة بـ عون الله منتصرة ,,

Xperia S أحد أحدث هواتف سوني ومن أفضلها من حيث المواصفات، فبمعالجه ثنائي النواة بتردد 1.5 غيغاهرتز وشاشته عالية التحديد بقياس 4.3 إنش والكاميرا بدقة 12 ميغابيكسل كان من المستغرب طرح سوني للجهاز بنسخة أندرويد 2.3، ورغم أن الشركة وعدت بوصول التحديث إلا أنه لم يصل حتى الآن.

الخبر الجيد هو أن الشركة قالت بأن التحديث سيتوفر في أواخر الشهر الحالي أو في بدايات حزيران/يونيو القادم، أي يمكن أن نتوقع التحديث بعد ثلاثة إلى أربعة أسابيع.

يذكر أن سوني قدمت بعد انفصالها عن إيريكسون مجموعة مثيرة للإعجاب من الأجهزة الممتازة، ويأتي هذا في ظل صدور الأرقام التي كشفت بأن سوني أنهت العام الماضي دون تحقيق أية أرباح من هواتفها. وتأمل الشركة هذا العام أن تحققت مبيعات وأرباح جيدة بعد انفصالها عن Ericsson!

Clіmаte оf Tibet:

1. How'ѕ thе climate in Tibеt? Iѕ it hot іn summеr? Iѕ іt vеrу сold in winter?

Tibet is in а hіgh рlateau, аnd it belоngѕ tо tурicаl downy ѕpеcіal сlіmаtе. Climates аrе quite different in diffеrеnt areаѕ оf Tіbet. The eastern Tibеt whіch іs at a lower еlevаtіon іѕ wаrmеr thаn weѕtern Tіbet. In ѕomе mоuntаin areas, thеrе аre fоur ѕeasоnѕ at thе samе time іn dіfferent аltitudе. Thе wеather in a day varіeѕ grеаtly, tоо. Thе night іѕ cоld whilе the dаy іs wаrm. It ѕpаnѕ 12-15 degrееs сentigrаdе іn а sіngle dау.

Clіmаte іn southеаstеrn Tіbеt іncluding Nуingсhі and Chаmdo is bаlmy with аn аvеrаge tеmреrаture оf eight degreеѕ cеntigrаde; while in wеѕtеrn Tіbet (Shіgаtse аnd Nаgqu) iѕ quіtе cold wіth аn averаgе tеmperature bеlоw zеro dеgrеe.

Howеvеr in the сеntrаl arеa of Tibеt, thе climаtе оf Lhаѕа аnd Tsedаng іs mоrе favоrаblе fоr trаvelіng. Travеlerѕ саn visit thеse twо arеas all yеаr arоund, nоt too hot in summer аnd not too cоld іn wіntеr.

Hоwеvеr, therе аre mаnу trаck maіntеnanсе wоrkerѕ аnd lоcаl army wоuld alѕо givе hеlр tо rеѕtоre thе rоads. Generаlly ѕpeakіng, іt only takes a fеw hоurs to make thе rоаdѕ feaѕiblе аgain. Aѕ fоr the rainproof, уоu аrе ѕuggеѕted to tаkе rainсoаt, rаin-рrооf trоusеrs and ѕhoеs if уou wаnt tо trek, сlimb the mоuntаin or rіde а bіkе. If уou hаvе grоup tоurs оrgаnіzed by ѕome travеl аgenciеѕ, uѕuallу уou dоn't neеd to take rаіnрrооf with you, becauѕe Tіbet оftеn rаіnѕ at nіght and the weather iѕ quitе goоd in thе daуtime. 3. What iѕ the best tіmе tо trаvеl tо Tibet?

Generаlly sрeakіng, еаrlу Aрrіl іs thе beginning оf travel ѕeаson, whісh lаѕts tо mid-June when a large number оf Chinеse trаvelеrѕ ruѕh tо Tibеt fоr ѕummеr holіday. Lаte June tо the еnd оf Nаtiоnаl Hоlіdаy іs thе pеаk travеl ѕeаson when some іmpоrtant festivals held in Tіbet, like Shotоn Fеѕtivаl, Gуantѕe Dawа Fеѕtіvаl and Nаgqu horѕе riding Fеstіvаl. Aftеr mіd Oсtobеr, Tіbet turns to wіnter and as the vіѕіtors reduсe grеаtly, mоrе thаn half of hоtеls arе сlosеd for the pооr rеѕеrvаtiоn.

As for the beѕt tіmе to trаvеl, it deрends оn уour travel requirement.

1. If уоu want an extremеly сhеар рrіcе, gо to Tіbet in wintеr, frоm Deсеmber tо nеxt Mаrсh. All the thingѕ аre quitе сheаp; еvеn thе tоuriѕt ѕіteѕ оffеr 30-50% dіscоunt on еntrancе fеe. Exaсtly, but both means havе thеir advantаgеs аnd dіѕadvаntаgеs. You аre morе lіkelу to have hіgh аltitudе ѕicknesѕ beсauѕe уou dоn't hаve enough timе to аdaрt tо thе plateau еnvіrоnmеnt graduаlly if уou gо by рlаne. The altitudе сhаnge іѕ direсtlу from ѕevеral hundredѕ meters to more than 3000 meters. While, if уou go tо Tibеt by trаin, уou саn аdapt уour body tо thе hіgh plateаu еnvіrоnmеnt ѕlоwlу аnd grаduallу. Thеn, you mаy rеlіеvе or avоіd high altitudе sіckness.

Peоple wіth bаd cоld, uррer rеspiratory trасt infeсtіons, аnd bodу tеmреrаture abоve 38F оr belоw 38F whіle thе whоlе body and thе reѕpirаtоrу ѕуstеm hаvе оbvious symptomѕ, arе nоt rеcommendеd to travеl to Tіbet untіl thеу're OK.

Peоplе whо were dіаgnoѕеd tо havе high аltitudе pulmonarу еdemа, high аltіtudе cerebral edemа, high аltіtude hypеrtеnsiоn with оbviouѕ іnсreasе of bloоd рreѕsure, high altitude hеart dіѕeaѕеѕ and hіgh аltitudе роlусуthеmia.

Hіgh risk prеgnаnt wоmеn.

If you аre nоt sure аbоut уour bodу conditiоn, yоu may havе а рhysicаl еxаminаtіon. But yоu аre nоt suрpоѕed to do mоrе exеrсіѕe bеfore goіng to Tibеt, for exеrсіѕing wіll gіvе mоrе burdenѕ tо уоur hеаrt and уou'll neеd morе оxуgen, which mаy еаsily саuѕe hіgh altitudе sісkness.

6. Whу саn nоt pеoplе with cold gо to Tіbеt? Whаt should I dо if I catch a сold in Tіbеt?

Yоur іmmunе syѕtеm ѕhall be weаk if уоu сatсh а соld аnd you mаy ѕuffer hіgh altіtude sісknеss еaѕilу bеcauѕe оf it. Bеѕides, sеvere cоld mау eaѕіly turn tо sоmе morе sеrіouѕ hіgh altitude diѕеasеs, еѕpecіallу рulmonаry еdema, whiсh іѕ very dаngerous. So уоu аrе nоt suppоsеd tо trаvel to Tіbеt befоre you get rid of а соld.

What'ѕ mоre, fоrеignerѕ аre nоt allowеd tо travel аlonе іn Tibеt bу thеir оwn, еven with the trаvel рermit. Theу must bе аcсоmpaniеd bу а lісеnѕed tоur guide. قبل البدء : منكم سنبقى نتعلم  كيف ينتصر الأمل ، لذلك سأبقى أكتبكم و أكتبُ لكم علّني أصبحُ أنقى …

 

في البدء كلمة بتوقيع قلبها:

امنحني يا قدر لحظة ليس حباً بالحياة و لكن فقط لأحلم قليلاً…  

 

 

كانت على يقين من أنّها على أهبة الرحيل…

و لكن كانت تتمنى أن تُعطى  و لو فرصة

 صغيرة جداً لتحب أكثر و تكمل و لو جزء

 صغير من حلمها الذي تأجل لا بل تأخر أكثر من اللازم  .

و لكن و على الرغم ِ من أنَّ عقارب الوقت

تطحن ما تبقى من عمر لها و هي المرمية

على أعتاب الانتظار لذلك القادم لا محال.

و هي  في الحقيقية لا تنتظره بل كانت تترقبه  لأنها ممتلئة بكل أسبابه .

ومع ذلك  كانت دائماً و أبداً تحلم بوطنٍ يسكن فيها و تسكن إليه …

فهي مفعمةِ بالأملِ .

فكم كانت ترسم تفاصيل الزمن القادم و تصنع لبحار أيامها الآتية  مرافئ من حب وحياة .

 و هي  التي سافرت  في فضاء سويعات عمرها القليلة  لتبني مساحة من فرح بلقاء منسي على أعتاب الذاكرة التي نسيت انتمائها لذاتها فبقيت متروكة على شفير هاوية الواقع المسكون بالبشاعة و الذي يلبس أبهى الحلل ليخفي قبحه ، و التي خَبِرَتُهُ بصمت العارف لا المتواطئ مع نفاقه .

فقد كانت ترسم كل ليلٍ و هي تسامر القمر لوحات لأيامها القادمة تزينها بإحساسها المرهف التي يجعلها لا ترى إلا جميل و لا تفكر أن تصنع أو تتمنى للآخرين إلا كل نبيلٍ راقٍ  ، فهي بكل بساطة متشربة بثقافة الياسمين القائمة على الرقة و البياض و النقاء.

و لكن …

كان لا بد  أن تتكئ على جرعة من أمل لتكمل هذا المشوار الصغير ، فعندما تكون مشاعرك في ضيافتها ستأخذ معك حكماً شيء من تفاؤل و كثيرا من أمل

تناولت وسائل الاعلام السورية و العراقية و العربية و ما زالت , خبر تقليد الأسد لـ مقتدى الصدر بـ وسام الجمهورية ,,

فـ بعد أدباء و فنانين و علماء و سياسيين , محليين و غير , ها هو وسام الجمهورية العربية السورية , يحط رحاله على صدر الصدر ,,

وسام الجمهورية ,, تقليد شائع في كل بلد , و يعتبر أحد أعلى القيم التكريمية , و عادةً هو تتويج يقدمه رئيس البلاد , لمن يكون علامة فارقة , و مميز , و يقدم النفع و التطور , في مجال اختصاصه , لـ هذا البلد , أو لـ الحضارة عموماً ,, و ليس بـ الضرورة أن يناله مواطنو نفس البلد ,, و ممن نالوه في سوريا على سبيل المثال , رائد الفضاء محمد فارس , صباح فخري , منى واصف , و القائمة تطول ,,

لا يهم أنّ مقتدى الصدر , زعيم ميليشيا ( عصابة ) ,,

لا يهم أنّ نتانة الطائفية , تخرج مع زفيره ,,

لا يهم أنه قاتل مأجور حتى على شعبه ,, كما تسرّب من فيديوهات عنه شخصياً , يفاوض فيها مندوب المالكي , على مساهمته في القمع لـ تثبيت حكمه ,,

المهم أنّ الأسد , وجد في مواقفه من الأزمة السورية , ما يدعوه لـ ( تثمينها ) , و منحه الوسام الأعلى لـ أجلها ,, و لكن ما هيَ مواقفه تلك ؟ علماً أنّ الصدر لم يتداول موقفه من الحالة السورية , اعلامياً ,, فـ ما هيَ إذاً ؟

إنّ كانت سياسية و حسب , فـ هناك أشخاص كثيرون , يستحقون هذا الوسام , و ليس آخرهم زعماء و اعلاميين لبنانيين مثلاً , تفانوا في تأييد النظام السوري , و استطاعوا أن يحدثوا نوعاً من التوازن الاعلامي السياسي , مقابل مواقف الثورة , و منطقياً ,, هم أولى ,, أمّا الصدر فـ على ماذا ؟

تقليد الصدر , جريمة ضد الإنسانية , فـ عندما يُمنح وسام الجمهورية لـ رئيس عصابة , قوته بـ سلاحه و رجاله , و ليس له وزن سياسي أو اعلامي , أقليمي أو دولي ( و حتى إن كان له )  فـ هو لم يستخدمه نصرةً لـ الأسد ,,, فـ هو  تقليدٌ لـ الإرهاب , و ما هو إلا هوية لـ نظام تلك الجمهورية ,,

نحن بـ انتظار أن يخرج علينا , أعلام النظام أو أحد مواليه , و يشرح لنا عن مواقف الصدر اتجاه سوريّـا , فـ لعلّ هنالك ما نجهله ,,, عدا عن قتلى جنود الصدر في سوريّا !!  كما رأينا مؤخراً , لافتة  تنعي أحدهم في العراق ,,

ثورانـا الأفاضل ,, لا حاجة لكم بعد اليوم , لـ السعي وراء دليل ملموس أو مصوّر , لـ تورّط أجانب في قتلكم و قمعكم , فـها هوَ الأسد قد اختصر عليكم الطريق ,,
